TUH incorrectly told me that I could claim something I had not yet served my waiting period for. You'd think this would be a bad experience but it wasn't.

When I lodged the claim, they recognised that I had been told incorrect information and approved the claim because they made the mistake. How good is that! I didn't even have to point it out - they must have checked their records and noticed the conversation before they made the decision. That's above and beyond!

You can absolutely tell the people in this fund really care about their members. The people in the call centre are always lovely and incredibly helpful.

I can't count the amount of stories from others where I hear of health funds denying every claim they possibly can and shafting their members...I am so happy TUH are not like that.

If you want to be treated like a human being and not a dollar sign, this is your fund.

I've been coming to the Health Hub since 2016 and have had no issues. I've utilised dental, optical and massage services and all have been fantastic. Staff are lovely and the Hub is so conveniently located!

Got a call from the dental manager who explained things to me in layman's terms, so I understand it better. Didn't know my regular dentist was also the boss, was surprised. Like I say to all my friends, the hub is great, really good optometrists and dentists who provide good honest friendly service. If TUH had more staff like him and Paul the optical manager then I would give them 5 stars. Top blokes. Still not 100% convinced by TUH, but I'm a loyal person, and after the today I feel at ease. In the future don't wuss out with PC replies, just be honest and direct.
