It should be renamed to Untrusted home and we don't care.

This is the worse company I've ever experienced it's POORLY run by management. They have attitudes as though they are superior and better than others. They don't care , they don't listen they don't thrive to give the clients the best quality of life and care. They are more than happy to take the money they will even take more
but incompetent of delivering a basic high level of support and care.

No communication, full of lies, manipulation, deceit, false promises, neglect, 0% empathy and 0% passion.

Sexual and dirty remarks from managers, and staff to other managers staff and clients.

Some carers have no basic knowledge, empathy care or understanding there's also language barriers that is difficult and creates a lot of issues.

When serious issues regarding clients negligence and lack of care or even simple easily fixed issues are brought to thier attention they pretend they care then don't act or make change, they are totally Incapable of being proactive and resolving issues that are of high concern as a number one priority.
It's all about the dollar and what they can get out of it. The clients and families are the ones that suffer, they are not respected listened to or taken seriously it's not right, it's not fair it's wrong, alarming and extremely disturbing.

The company need a MAJOR Overhaul new management / staff that actually care, understand, have compassion, integrity , empathy, values, morals, great communication, problem solvers, great listeners and are 100% client focused.

If there were minus stars to choose, that would be the case. DO NOT ENGAGE OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Be very aware of them and stay very far away from. This is by far the worst support provider we have dealt with. They do not communicate and when you try to contact them, they are no where to be found!

We receive supports for our daughter and I can not thank Melissa pholi , for the well picked beautiful ladies they go above and beyond. After a past bad experience we have finally experienced what high quality supports are. Living next door to a client this NDIS provider looks after, have had multiple issues with damage done to my property. have done the right thing and gone to the real estate to no avail, have given this NDIS provider my name number and email address 2 months on still nothing done about the damage. I'm appalled by the lack of duty of care shown to not only myself and my family but to the client as well.

An absolute Joke of a company. Refuses to communicate, asks for funds then doesn't provide any sort of support and when damages are done to properties they evict the client's instead of doing repairs
