I joined the True North Wellness Centre last year and from my first class I knew I had found a community I wanted to be a part of. Vicki, Tamika and Hannah are all so welcoming and very knowledgeable and precise with their instruction so that you feel confident in your execution of every exercise.
Recently I had a Review Consultation with Tamika which was so informative. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even did up a travel exercise program for me for when I’m away.
I would highly recommend True North Wellness to anyone who wants to improve their overall health in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Saw Perry for a remedial massage whilst 37 weeks pregnant. She was very knowledgeable regarding what points to avoid and how to position me safely. Such an amazing massage. Hadn't been able to get my ring off for weeks due to swelling and I managed to get it off after seeing her.

Absolutely love this place! I've never been to a gym before and hate exercise. Hannah, the exercise physiologist gave me a program that I'm comfortable with. The clients are mainly over 50's and I am not having to compete with 20 year olds who have bodies to die for. The staff are welcoming and clients are mainly there for health reasons. As the name suggests this is a Wellness centre as opposed to a
Gym. Wish I'd come here years ago. Would highly recommend!
