The whole team of staff are kind, patient and very understanding. I'd definitely recommend Brant, as he's very good at what he does and has helped me immensely.

The prices throughout are on the high side and have recently gone up, but I've never left a session and felt it was a waste. If possible, get a mental health care plan beforehand to offset out of pocket cost.

The clinic was welcoming from the moment I walked through the front door. As a busy Mum, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate being offered a hot tea or coffee and being able to drink it throughout my session before it goes cold! Finding the right psych for you can be tricky but I knew after my first appointment that I had picked a winner. There’s so many psychologists available and so many diverse specialties between them all, there’s really someone for everyone.

I've used a hypnotherapist a number of times and I've recently had a few sessions with Yannick which may I say was absolutely sensational. I have since been recommending him to friends and family and they have enjoyed the experience and grateful for the outcomes. Keep doing what you're doing mate - bloody brilliant!

Since coming here, I can express my upmost gratitude for my psychologist and would be happy to recommend him to anyone who is going through tough times, since starting I have improved drastically on my self confidence and general thoughts and feels with everything I do, and can only see this improving as time goes on. Therefore, from my experience at this place I cannot express how much it is has improved me and can’t wait to see where it takes me from here.

Was referred by my GP under the banner: "They charge slightly more than some other providers, but I've had really good feedback. When booking in, just ask about costs to make sure you're comfortable". I was really happy with everything. First time booking in with a psychologist (Ewan) and I'm so glad that I did, it's really helped better manage stress and anxiety. Each session I walked away with some really practical advice and things to think about. Can see why they're highly recommended. Thanks team!

I’ve truly never had a worse experience in my life, I tried so hard to push through the experiences that made me uncomfortable because I thought it was just me. I should’ve listened to myself. From the receptionists not answering, taking hours to reply, not being able to book an appointment without them taking you card details before hand (even if you’ve never been there), booking 3 sessions in advance with someone I’ve never met, cancelling and trying to make me rebook 5 days before my next appointment and not asking for my referral and making me pay in full until I followed it up after…. to the person I saw making unqualified judgments based on her minimal research (openly told me she knew nothing about it) even though I’m under another health professional seeking treatment for said issue nor did she ask if she could talk about it OR ask me if I needed help. I stated more than once that I did not want my session to focus on this issue which she ignored. I’ve truly never felt so belittled or had such a horrible experience EVER at any therapy, counselling or psychologist.

I am a family lawyer and work with lots of people going through hard times. I have no hesitation recommending Emma McNulty to my clients who need support. If you need support through a difficult time or help to make positive changes in your life, go and see Emma.

I didn't make it past the booking phase. When I phoned to make a booking, the first person I spoke with gave me a few subtle hints that it was uncouth to request a booking with a specific therapist, and advised me that *one of the other therapists* would phone me back to arrange a booking. At this stage I already felt uncomfortable about having asked about booking in with a specific therapist, as the tone of the person was very pointed.

One of the other therapists phoned me back an hour or so later and did their best to sell me an appointment with someone other than the person I requested, and at this point my original suspicions around the disapproval for requesting an appointment with a specific therapist were confirmed. She stated that their interest is in getting someone in for an appointment as quickly as possible whereas I'm more interested in matching my requirements to someone I think I could work well with. The therapist I requested to make an appointment with had no availability for the next two months and the person I was speaking with seemed to think that was sufficient leverage to convince me to book in with another therapist. I said that the wait was ok and that I would like to book in for the appointment in two months. She with argued with me, doing her best to convince me to book in with another therapist. I had to keep re-iterating my original request while she continued to give me the hard sales pitch for other therapists.

In the end I gave up. I wouldn't have felt safe/comfortable visiting any of them after such an ordeal, particularly given that they're mainly interested in quick throughput of appointments as stated in the callback. I feel like this would be the kind of organisation that would act like they know what's best for you without listening to a word you say which is not something I want to involve myself with. I have more than enough people in my life acting like what I say is invalid without adding any more.

On the bright side, the information about the therapists on their website was informative in terms of helping me to understand each of the therapists skills, and helped me to decide which therapist I thought would match my requirements.

I was under the impression that therapist information is made available on the website to help people work out who they might be a good fit with, but apparently it's more about the person who calls back and who they want to book you in with.

When I told the person who called me back that I didn't want to continue, she acted all smug like I was the one with the problem which I've seen is a common fallback for so-called professionals in this industry. I'm not going to deny that I have mental health problems, but it's also very apparent that the person I spoke with at this organisation has some problems of their own.
