I am from down south visiting to see my mother's grave and stumbled across this crystal shop and practice. I felt a calling to go in. It probably was an odd visit but Julie helped me in choosing a crystal as a devotion to my passed mother to place at her grave, she then as a kind gesture gave me an incense to light at her grave and reminded me to speak with her because she is listening and it was absolutely helpful to have that burning with the flowers as it brought me into deep presence to actually speak and feel into my mother's energy.

If you truly want change your life for the better i would highly recommend true nature therapy , the quit smoking therapy session has truly made a huge impact on my life , and it has worked for me , but don't ever expect change in your life unless you truly seek it with all your heart ,mind and soul . I've seen Julie for hypnotherapy relating to insomnia and anxiety. I'd never tried it before, it is powerful and it works. Julie has such a gentle way about her and she'll do her best to support you on your way to healing. The price for three sessions is very reasonable and nothing beats face to face appointments.

If you are looking into hypnotherapy for stress and anxiety, I would highly recommend seeing Julie! See paid a lot of attention to my goals and provided an evaluation of pre - post treatment (3x sessions) which was extremely professional. True Nature Therapies has helped me with my health. The Chakra balance left me feeling emotionally stable and grounded. Julie's Reiki sessions are very healing and can be combined with massage, which most don't offer. Highly recommend a visit.
