I really loved my experience at True Float today! The service was so welcoming and the infrared sauna was perfect. Highly recommended for a little bit of self care right here in Paddington. Thank you to the wonderful owner who made me feel so welcome and at ease! I will be back.

There are more and more businesses offering infrared, sauna and cold bath options, but so far, I haven’t found one that offers quite the same service as true float. The private rooms, which allow you to have the privacy that you crave, offering you an infrared sauna with a shower and a cold bath in one room, is exceptional. The layout is rather nice allowing you if you feel like it to sauna in the nude, as you would not normally be able to do this in another facility where there are too many common spaces. I would highly recommend you try this business. I hope more like it pop up. I have not yet used the float tank, but that’s my next ambition. The service offered by Byron and his other team members is also very welcoming and that can sometimes be the difference as some other places can be a little bit too cool for school and you don’t necessarily feel like you belong. There is no pretense with this business, which is what I like.

Byron, the owner, is very knowledgeable in the area of wellness, and is very accommodating, and can provide parking to patrons on request.

The combination of the fire and Ice (sauna and cold plunge) followed by isolation tank and red light therapy is a game changer, when it comes to feeling energised, while at the same time feeling relaxed and ready to start the Day/Week.

Highly recommend a visit here to improve your health.

I had the opportunity to try this 'salt float' therapy yesterday for the first time. The staff Byron who greeted me on the day was super friendly and welcoming, he spent the time talking me through the experience and the procedure in great detail. The facility is really nice setup and clean. There's shower facility onsite with washing gel and ear buds to stop water getting in. The only surprise was that the pump came up during my session but overall great session.

True Float has been around for a few years but it wasn't until a few months ago that I finally made it in and I'm so glad I did!

With their affordable pricing I'm able to invest in weekly or bi-weekly floats and infrared saunas, which has been helping me physically, emotionally and mentally, especially due to certain chronic health issues and injuries.

But besides all that good stuff, another reason I really love coming here is because Byron and his lovely team are so genuine in their hospitality. They seem to truly care about the people who visit, and will go above and beyond with the level of service and attention. It feels like a healthy community hub which I'm so grateful for 💚

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM. An unassuming facade from the street you wouldn't know this is a zen den of relaxation just outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

You can tell this place is managed by people who genuinely love what they do and care about you having your best experience. This is the kind of place you want to go to recharge and relax, it does not feel rushed or commercial/ transactional like some of the other places and big chains.

They have the proper full sensory deprivation tanks for the true experience. I'd personally recommend doing the fire and ice cold plunge and then going for a float for a complete rejuvenation.

Byron was incredibly warm and welcoming from the beginning of the experience. He took the time explain all the facilities and ensure I understood how to use them. He was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice on how to enhance my experience which I am keen to come back and try.

The rooms and facilities are well maintained and are cleaned after every use.

I think I'll become a regular here now.
Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't been here before! Byron and Breeze will take care of you.

First time floating and it was a great experience. I was made really welcome and everything was explained clearly, I felt that I let go of a lot of tension and really felt relaxed, and left super happy. Loved the neck rest and will definitely be back in the future

Great experience - the infrared sauna was lovely and just what I needed. They provide towels, slippers, fluffy bathrobes, water, showers. Really to book in and use.
