Cute place with an amazing floating pod and sauna! The rooms are private and cosy, and has everything that you need to ensure your experience in the pod and sauna is comfortable. You can customise both experiences in terms of temperature and lighting, which is sure to leave you refreshed and well relaxed afterwards. 💯

I had such a wonderful experience today! Thank you to Lindsey, she went above and beyond to make my experience both comfortable and relaxing. As someone who is quite claustrophobic I was a little worried about being able to complete the float but Lindsey gave me a full run down of the process, safety aspects and what I was able to do if I did feel panicked. I felt super confident and comfortable through the whole process and really enjoyed my float!
The facilities are so clean and well kept. Everything about the place gives you a relaxed feeling.
I also enjoyed use of the compression boots and sauna! Such great value!!! 10 out of 10 recommended to anyone that needs to unwind!

If anyone is looking for an amazing de-stress and relaxation experience, boy do I have a recommendation for you. I went today to Tristique float and wellness on Coburns road and it was phenomenal. For $70 for the midweek wellness special, I was welcomed with a choice of tea, then taken through to have a 30 min sauna session before jumping into a 45 min float session. The experience left me feeling amazing and Lindsay is a bloody amazing host! You also get the utmost privacy with you and only 1 other client max at a time. Definitely check them out.

What a gem of a place!! I visited Tristique today for my first ever float and it was amazing - I don't think I've ever been more relaxed! The atmosphere was immediately relaxing and Lindsey was so, so lovely. Beautiful, clean and great value for money! Can't wait to come back!!

What an absolutely amazing experience !! I had a 30 min sauna & then a 30 min float. Fantastic and Lindsay was awesome. Explained the whole process & made me feel extremely relaxed. I can not recommend this service enough. I am definitely hooked & will be returning regularly. Thank you so much 😊😊

Truly amazing services from here, staff is so understanding and considerate for customers that might need a bit of extra help during their services. They are also so careful during the services and make such a positive impact by doing things such as regularly checking that you're comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place to anybody more and have been consistently recommending this place and if you're reading this looking to come here, trust me it's so worth it and you'll be so grateful you do.

Fantastic little spot for therapy, easy to find on a popular road in town. Upon arrival, greeted with amazing service, I was shown all the facilities possible then was explained to in detail how to use the Pod as I had never before. My pod session was so peaceful that i even fell asleep! You are made to feel comfortable in every aspect and can refer absolutely anyone who enjoys float therapy or is eager to try, to go to Tristique in Melton. I will be returning time and time again.

Wonderful little business with great services.
Upon entry I was greeted with respect and care as I was taken through all the steps of how to prepare for my float. The pod is fitted with a rotation of calming lights and is spacious and comfortable to float singularly or with a partner if you wish.
The rooms were private and presented neatly and I left feeling calm and refreshed for my week ahead.

The business is accessible from the main road in town and very affordable in price - I will be returning!
