Dr. Victoria Edwards was fantastic, extremely caring and understanding. And punctual! Normally I have to wait for appointments, thankfully she was right on time! It's great to finally have a regular GP who really knows me.

Finally changed doctors dr Gouda is great but as for dr Edwards that’s a different story I was actually told by 2 different nurses in day surgery it was time to think about changing doctors so I finally have

My experience across the board from doctors and receptionists is that I am simply a source of income.
There is very little genuine patient care at this practice. Finally I
moved to another practice. It took them a day to ask for payment to transfer medical records and two weeks to send the records.

If you are sick & need an empathetic Doctor DO NOT see Dr Victoria Edwards. I am 76, new to Wagga & have never in my life met a GP who takes her anger out on a patient let alone a patient who is feeling confused & unwell.

The doctors are genuinely caring and thorough with appointments, not dismissive! Reception staff is always cheerful when I’m greeted at the door. Would definitely recommend this medical centre ☺️

My Mum who is 80+ sees Gracy and loves her, as does other family members who see her. Very nice practice, newly renovated and very peaceful. Reception staff member extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. Great service! 👍
