Dr Francis has been consistently kind, gentle, compassionate and pragmatic over the last 2 years of seeing her. We appreciate her holistic approach to health and never felt rushed.

Dr Fiona Downey is the best GP I've ever had. She is caring and informative. Without a doubt, I recommend her!
The medical receptionist was very friendly.

Trilogy Medical care
Is 1 of my favourite places I go there often & see quite a few of the people there
The reception staff are so helpful ,understanding & kind ,always making me feel welcome & comfortable
My GP Doctor Hein ,
Psychologists Louise Smyth , Joe the nurse & other professionals I have seen there
Always treat me with kindness & understanding & are thorough with all my care
I always leave feeling much better than when I get there
