After taking my autistic daughter to Urgent Care due to a suspected broken wrist, we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours without receiving any sympathy or understanding. My daughter became extremely distressed, and we had no choice but to walk out.

My husband called Treendale Medical, and I have to say, their response was nothing short of amazing! They immediately fit her in as a new patient, allowed her to go straight in, and promptly wrapped her wrist. To top it off, they got us in with Radiology without any delay. The doctor, receptionist, and nurse were incredibly patient and kind, making both my daughter and me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

I was so impressed with the level of care and compassion we received at Treendale Medical that I have decided this will be our ongoing medical centre from now on. Their exceptional service has truly made a difference for us.

Righto, i rarely if never have to express dissapointment in our health professionals. The reception staff were outstanding, the doctor i saw seemed only interested in pushing me out the door to E.D. i booked an extended consult, he did my scripts and said i had to come back another day for another couple of issues.My pain persists. I will return however i will ask for another G.P.

First time at this practice. Very pleased with all the staff who attended to me. However I asked for a referral for a free bone density check now that I'm 70 and the doctor asked if I had any issues or concerns with my bone desity, and when I said no, he didn't explain that the x-ray place he referred me to doesn't do free bone density checks unless you have underlying conditions.
