I have been seeing these wonderful doctors for years now. Both doctors are friendly and professional. I have always been able to get an appointment within a few hours or days of when I need it. Dr. Nakashima is always bubbly and greets me with a smile. She has treated me and my mother for years and never fails to ask how she is doing, which means a lot to me. She has helped me through many times that I have felt my worst! The medicine always comes in fast.

The employees there have really improved with their professionalism. Yessica has continued to remain helpful and courteous throughout the whole time I've been coming here. She shows compassion by answering my questions and doubts with insurance. She asks about my mom as well, who used to be a patient there as well.

I understand that some of the other ladies sound inpatient at times. They're very quick and straight to the point often which can come off as rude but they're not.

They're just busy and they're always on the phone trying to get the insurance questions answered which can take time.

I'll keep coming here because I feel satisfied with the services.

The only reason I come here is my doctor. She needs a new staff. They don't communicate well. I've been come to my doctor for years even before the move. The lady's in front are rude. Hopefully she will find new employees

I have been with Nakishima and O'Connor since they were located on Kraft St, for over 10 years and I might leave the office because of the awful and unprofessional Yesica! She changes the policies for her convenience! Lost my disability benefits because of her! Medical records are impossible to request and receive and the cost is unbelievable! I hate the office staff! Need to take control or the Dr will lose patients. If u don't like ur job Yesica, QUIT!

My 19 year old daughter went in to see Dr. O’Connor about 9 weeks ago for weighing about 71 pounds. She was diagnosed that day with anorexia. Her vitals started to crash from there. If it wasn’t for Dr. O’Connor, my daughter wouldn’t be alive today. The doctor notified us that my daughter needed help quickly and directed us to get immediate help. Here we are 9 weeks later and we saw Dr. O’ Connor today and my daughter is now 105 pounds. She’s been on a feeding tube and in the care of an eating recovery center. Dr. O’Connor hugged my daughter that day and again today. She’s a very caring woman and doctor. Thanks so much to both Dr. O’Connor and the staff. Both days we were seen within a few hours of calling for the appointment.
