I’ve been seeing Angela at Transcend Healing: Spinal Flow since August 2024, and the experience has been truly transformative. When I started, I was dealing with a lot of stress: physically, emotionally and chemically. After just a couple of sessions, I noticed a sense of calm and a significant reduction in my stress levels. Over the course of my first 12 sessions, I could even see visible improvements in my posture and movement, which was amazing to witness.

During a spinal flow session with Angela, I feel a lot of relaxation. My body begins to unwind, I have a mild scoliosis and I can feel it unwinding, it has improved significantly.
Afterwards I feel more freedom of movement in my back, and this persists. I feel like my ribs, shoulders and hips are more free. Over time I have felt noticeable changes in my energy and posture (my chest is more open).

Very nice and warm atmosphere. Angela is very accomodating and friendly.
First time was a very relaxing experience, and afterwards I felt much happier and more relaxed, with less tension, that I had for months. Second time was a little different, with the same relaxing experience during the session, and afterwards body more flexjble and again less tense, but not the same elation moodwise. Angela explained at the beginning that progress doesn't follow a straight line, so variations in after-experience are to be expected. To be continued!
