Had such a wonderful experience. Reception team lovely and nurse. Dr Tan was fantastic, good bed side manner and very helpful. Also the only GP I’ve ever had running on time and not 30 mins late.

Had a great experience here. The reception staff were so helpful, in particular Quinnie who was so friendly and took the time to patiently explain what was required before my appointment and assist with medication changes. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Fernando. Me myself I m the nurse working in Wagga Base, has been working with too many doctors, Nobody treats like that to the patient, he might be new, but his way of speaking was extremely rude. When I asked what I should do to recover from my condition, he replied, "Are you the doctor, or am I the doctor? Is that way to speak.It is my right to ask questions related to my health issues; that’s the reason I am there. I do not feel safe seeing that doctor again. He used very abusive language, which is unacceptable for a healthcare professional. I would never recommend him to anyone. Please.

What an amazing bunch of human beings
From first contact when i was at my lowest point in life, the empathy and respect i received from reception to Dr Adeel was something i had never experienced as a first time patient.
Two years later and nothing has changed, still the same caring people , still happy to help as we are not all the same and have different issues.
As any business knows
First contact is the most important for someone trying to change how they feel.

Honestly, this is one of the best practices I've been to. Reception staff are extremely helpful - Rebecca helped me with a problem scheduling a specific type of appointment and directed me with the paperwork involved. Dr Marc is very efficient, yet is helpful and listens. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Lovely practice where you can always get an appointment. Staff and doctors are friendly and always willing to help. I see Dr Thomas who has an amazing sense of humour and is always running on time. Highly recommend.

I didn't realise until I've seen a doctor that doesn't actually care about my mental health whatsoever. Doctor Mark is a very caring doctor that will fill your needs . I suggest him to any one . Lovely doctor I've seen in 20 years in my life

This was a horrible experience. Dr Marc Thomas I am looking at you. He was so rude and disregarded anything I wanted to say.
He showed no empathy for my needs and tried to get me out of there as quick as possible.
I would not recommend this Dr to anyone and I am questioning how he is even eligible to be a Dr with how he treats people. Disgusted.
