If you want a kind compassionate, knowledgeable yin yoga teacher. Tracie Kim is the best. Tracie is always learning and passes on her teachings, explaining how the body works, and how you can practice stress relief. Both in class and home.
Today we did a myofacial workshop, with the complete understandings of how to relieve stress in 14 parts of the body . The stress trigger points and how to break them down , with yin yoga poses and balls.

I live Tracie’s Yin Yoga classes so went along to her Myoyin Workshop. It was a great mix of theory - understanding the muscles and fascia that we were working on, and the practical experiences Tracie had planned for us. Tracie was knowledgeable and shared the information in a professional, yet very understandable way. The experience left me exhausted in a lovely relaxed way and this was enhanced by Tracie’s suggestion of following up by taking an Epsom salts bath. Noticing how different my body feels tonight I am keen to implement today’s lessons in both point-of-need situations, when pain arises and also as part of a regular maintenance routine. 🙏Thanks so much, Tracie. You shared so much, so openly. For me the change in how I feel is significant, but I also felt nudged by your comments about using information from the body and going inside for understanding.
