Have been a patient here since arriving in Townsville, but I'm now considering changing practice's as it's impossible to make an appointment with my preferred doctor. Can't afford to wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appointment. I have several medical problems and don't like repeating everything that is all ready on their computers to an other doctor.

We have mixed visits to the surgery, and my son is not always able to attend his visit. There are too many people around, or he just can't manage it on the day. Jack's doctor and the staff are very understanding and make him as comfortable as they can, and I am very appreciative of their help. I have nothing but praise for tsmp, I see Dr Jess Rademaker and she is great and thorough, i have at times been to different doctors when I couldn’t see Jess, and the Doctors have all been great, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
