Our little Arlo had such a great stay recently! He came home a very happy and content little man. It is so easy to see that the staff adore their jobs as much as they adore the furbabies and the facilities are top-tier making it a home away from home. The only downside is that sadly they don’t take humans! I can’t rate the Townsville Pet Resort high enough.

I cannot recommend this pet resort enough! The service is truly 5-star. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured knowing my pet was in loving, selfless hands. Clint and Lauren exude loyalty and care, always going above and beyond to make both my dog and me feel comfortable. Their excellent communication ensured that I was never left wondering how my dog was doing, which made leaving so much easier. It’s clear they have a passion for animals, and their dedication shows in everything they do. I trust them completely and will be bringing my pet back every single time

This pet resort is hands down the best in the business! I’ve been bringing my dog, Ralph, here since the day I got him, and I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else. The staff are incredibly caring and treat Ralph like one of their own. They’re always so friendly and genuinely excited to see him every time he visits.

I work away frequently, often with little notice, but Clint and the team always go above and beyond to accommodate us. Even if my travel plans change, they’re flexible and make it all work seamlessly.

This is a beautifully maintained, family-run business that’s run with so much care and professionalism. I never have to worry when Ralph stays here, even for long-term visits, because I know he’s in the best hands. Huge thanks to Clint and the team for everything you do—it means the world!

Townsville Pet Resort definitely deserves a 5 Star rating and full credit to Clint, Lauren and Staff.
What you see on inspection is what you get when you are not there ….. the care and attention continues.
This is more than just a business and they really do have you and your precious fur babies best interests at heart.
On the many occasions we have been there it is obvious that many of the residents toss up between staying there or going home as they come down the run!
Isn’t that what you want for them to be that happy and relaxed to be there!

I can't say enough good things about Townsville Pet Resort! They were a lifesaver for us at the last minute when we needed a place for our dogs. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, putting our minds at ease immediately. Our dogs had a fantastic time and came back to us happy and well-cared for. Everyone at the resort is so lovely and friendly. They really care about the wellbeing and happiness of all of the animals. We dropped our big baby off this morning and he is so excited to go back. We were reassured with the wet weather that he would be safe and dry. We wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Thank you team for making us feel so comfortable leaving our boy x

I have been taking my pets to Townsville Pet Resort now for many years. As very treasured members of our family I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Ivy (Boxer) or George (cat). We have now introduced Alf (Golden Retriever) on our last two trips and they all absolutely love their time with Clint and the team. Our animals always come home clean, happy and looking so healthy. It makes our holiday or time away so much easier knowing they ar win good hands. Clint also goes above and beyond with my short notice and impromptu trips for which I am always very grateful
