Still awaiting for a manager to get back to me . Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Turned my young daughter away - didn’t even triage her- she was vomiting, had a very high temperature, a headache and dizziness. Receptionist that was on needs some training in compassion. 1300 health ended up triaging her over the phone and advised her to see a Dr - I ended up going to the hospital instead.

I could not be more happier with a medical practice. On first arrival, I noticed how clean and modern it was, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The initial registration process was very efficient. I was seen by a Dr very quickly. Hardly any wait time- which makes all the difference when unwell. The Dr and nurses were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This service is an asset to the community and one I hope it keeps. It’s great to have an urgent care service as a middle ground between GP and emergency room. I couldn’t not fault the place or service and I highly recommended it to anyone seeking health care. Well done Eastbrooke. I appreciate the care I received from the nurses and Dr.

We waited for over 1 and a half hour. People who came after us went in before us. And the DR was not professional at all had short pants on with not appropriate shoes at all. The waiting area was not clean, the staff were not nice and where rude and did not seem to care.

I had a suspected broken or dislocated toe and didnt have to wait too long and was sent to Xray Dept at Domain Central. On returning to Urgent Care to await results i had to make several phone calls to Xray asking for results to be sent after being told they were already sent. After an hour with no sign of results i needed to get home to my disabled husband so i left and managed to tape my toe myself until i could make an appointment with my own GP. While this is in no way Urgent Care Clinics fault there needs to be better communication between departments. Patients should not have to ring for results. Apart from that the service was good.

Patient care was fantastic, wait time was convenient not to long, staff were amazing and friend as well as consult staff. Clinic is accessible and good clean friendly environment, Was also convenient and accessible during the holiday hours.

Neat and tidy waiting area and friendly staff. Only waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes and then got seen by a doctor. Gave really good advice and services. Way better than waiting hours and hours at the hospital. Definitely recommend going here for urgent care.

Attended the Urgent Care clinic today for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were all friendly and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. Both the nurse and Dr were very knowledgeable and kind. I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal wait for my trip today despite the waiting room having a number of patients. Would highly recommend!
