I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this practice. The reception staff are friendly, warm and helpful, especially Katherine who I’ve dealt with a few times now. The doctors I’ve seen have also been really great, empathetic and kind and helped me so much every time. Dr Raf and Dr Wallace are especially wonderful.

Dr Scuderi is the best GP I have ever seen at this practice. His genuine care and concern for his patients is so evident by the way he always goes above and beyond. He is sometimes running behind but that said knowing I will get whatever time and attention I need when I go in to see him, I will wait as long as it takes.

We had been having issues with our previous practice with constant turn over of doctors and the wait time to see a doctor was over a week sometimes 2 weeks. This isn’t great when you have sick kids/sports injuries and need to see someone quickly. After being referred to TFMC, we have been there twice now due to kids being injured and we got in within a day and got to see the same doctor. He knew his stuff and got the answers we needed so we could get back to playing again safely. Would recommend them particularly if you have kids and need to see someone quickly.

After going into our standard appoitment, which we expected to take no longer than 15-30 minutes, a second doctor walked into the room, the senior doctor we were told.
This doctor in a long story short, over more than half an hour. Told us everything we already knew and briefed the first doctor with.
These doctors were very friendly and offered stories of their personal life and how they can relate to our issue, which was nice. Although when we walked out to pay after just under an hour, those stories were actually coming at a cost. We were charged $200 for a prolonged appointment, and I have never felt more scammed at any GP in my life.
Reception was extremely rude about the matter and safe to say we will not be back.

After Posting my horrible experience in a Review the Doctor I had to rebook with for Workplace Clearance Review refused to see me. Worse when I rang to book appointment I was put straight through to Practise Manager who was abrupt, rude and turned me away with no option.
Still in shock but will now report to IPN who own this Medical Centre.
This is not acceptable customer service or how any business should operate.
