Waited a few days off three weeks to get some results from a test that was done. And the receptionist talk to you like you’re done something wrong. So so abruptly theres no need for the attitude and aggression.
I see this place has 3 stars no wonder. The way that the receptionist speaks to the patients.
No bulk billing except one doctor does bulk bill.

Removed from the books because I didn’t attend enough. We were in a pandemic, I thought it was responsible to not attend if not absolutely necessary. I find it quite offensive and discriminatory, along with all the other males who were removed

Been a patient at this medical center for over 14 years
Now I can't even get an appointment because they are "not accepting new patients" even though they have 14 years of records for me.
Definitely not transgender friendly

I called up early to book an appointment with a Dr for my son. My Dr was off so I was advised that they would book us in with the Dr on Duty and would get back to me with a time. 4 hours and 3 follow up calls later I was advised the Dr is running over an hour behind and cannot fit us in and to go to the ER. Poor service.

I stopped attending this practise over 6 months ago. Always felt rushed out the door when visiting Dr. Bourne, she never checked BP even though I was on meds for high BP etc etc. Had melanoma removed and was shoved out the door to drive home when I certainly was not in a fit state to drive. Last visit to this doctor she was dismissive, condescending and incredibly rude. I did see Dr. Wu once and would highly recommended her, very thorough and lovely.

My grandma was a patient there and had to go to another practice before her pneumonia was treated - I wouldn't recommend this practice to anybody! They also wanted to send her to drug rehab and she is 97! And only takes panadeine!
