I went and had an appointment with Dr Johlen after years of being in constant pain in my lower/upper back, hips and having limited neck movement. I went into this appointment with pain levels 10/10, after the first appointment my pain levels dropped to zero lower back pain, unlimited neck movement, no tightness and upper back pain dropped to a 3/10. This is the first week i have not needed to take pain medication to manage the back pain i have been having for years as an operator. Dr Johlen is a wealth of knowledge and gentle in his practice. I look forward to continuing under his care & guidance 🙂
