This practice used to have a 5 star rating from me, that is, until I found out they were discriminating and charging me more than everybody else. Would avoid at all costs and would not recommend this clinic..
That is unless you want to be blatantly ripped off and discrimated against oh and dont say you cant attend an appointment for a funeral because they will absolutely hound you with calls and texts until you re-book. You will get better value and definitely better service elsewhere.
The chiropractor also brings her dog to work to sit behind the reception counter, maybe if reception staff weren't busy taking the dog into the carpark for 'toilet' walks they could attend to the clients and actually talk to them. Also it's hard to consider this a reputable business let alone being considered a 'Dr.' when the chiropractor walks around barefoot.

All the girls at Rockhampton were fantastic when I injured myself so badly I couldn’t walk. 6 months later and I’m now going every two weeks for maintenance. Thanks girls. Highly recommend Dr Kayley for your chiropractic needs.

Absolute garbage of a place and such a rip off!!! Staff seemed to have little or no knowledge or just plain didn't care about me or my needs pretty much just shrugging off what I said. Avoid at all costs I have been to many chiropractors (Including other Total Health Stores) and this one hands down is the worst. Better service and value elsewhere
