Glen, Ash & the team at Total Health Chiropractic are absolutely amazing. They have been helping me with chronic neck & lower back pain, which I've had for years & have significantly reduced the pain & improved the quality of life to the point where I'm back into full contact martial arts again. If you're looking for a bunch of great chiros that care - give them a GO!

I stumbled across Totalhealth chiro while on holiday in Rockhampton last month.
I had previously seen a chiro so I was assuming it would be a basic check up for $47. I was a lot of pain so I thought I would go to the apt anyway- she took a photo which I had never had done before and asked me to stand on two scales- I was 8 kg heavy on one side- I was in shock to learn this and knew my pain was a 10/10. How did they know I was a bit twisted.I thought it must have been from carrying and lugging 8 babies around lol
I had a few tears as she adjusted because I thought - ‘ their is hope now’ living with chronic pain is debilitating - waking up through the night not being able to move - shoulders neck and knees-
I met with Dr Glen at Burpengary 2 weeks ago and had some X-rays ( bulked billed) and a 18 week plan- I got a care plan from my dr For 5 sessions.
The first adjustment left me in so much pain and then the next - I now realise it’s my locked body unlocking - apt number 5 and I feel my neck is more stabilised and shoulders easing - still some after pain but better each time. I am looking forward to getting back to myself.
Update - 6 weeks later my neck is half way fixed ! Takes a while from along term fixation- had no idea the process of the body fixing itself - my shoulders are in less pain to sleep at night- still working on my knees but over all gone from a 10/10 pain to 5/10 pain - that being half way through treatment .
This is the best place to go - to get a proper medical assessment and fixture!
Don’t leave it for years like I did -
The treatment plan is very good value which covers extra Apts for free as needed.
If your chiro doesn’t get a X-ray first up apt or do assessment tests of weight, balance and posture photos then move on!

All I can say is, WOW! What a great clinic; the entire team is professional, compassionate & supportive of everything you need when it comes to visiting a chiropractor. I mainly see Ashleigh or Glenn, both of whom are very inviting and willing to listen to any concerns, as well as explain what it is they are doing. I can not recommend this clinic more highly. If you need a chiro, tell them I sent you!!

I used to have a lot of back pain, sleeping was an issue. Total health has improved my physical health and helped me get back into training back at the gym. Would definitely recommend total health. Give them a try. The staff are welcoming!

It was a great experience. I am not usually keen on being manipulated, as is done in chiropractic, but I knew I had to do something. I am so pleased I found this practice friendly, caring, and efficient. I did not need to worry so much.

Having been debilitated a couple of weeks ago through severe back pain, the kind that painkillers didn’t seem to touch I saw a video on FB with a chiro off and decided to try. Best decision thus far. For the first few days I wasn’t able to comprehend the conversation due to the pain. However the staff have been tremendous. Welcoming, empathetic, allowing me to tell my story and best of all helping to reduce the pain. Yay. Not completely there yet but feeling a lot more positive. I fully trust this team. And no I’m not getting paid lol

Absolutely amazing

I went in a few months back after sustained back pain from a someone crashing into me over a year ago.

It had got too much, affecting sleep, mood, work and reducing my capacity to train at the gym.

I needed to try something and the doctors in the UK just brushed over it back then.

An advert popped up and I knew I had nothing to lose!

Insane to jump on the 2 sets of scales on my 1st session to see I was carrying 11kg more on one leg and seeing the body posture scans & X-rays.

Literally a few sessions in and my lower back pain disappeared. Within weeks I was deadlifting and squatting again.

I’m a few months in a life is great, I can’t thank Dr Carissa enough

Onwards and upwards! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
