Many thanks to Ross for relieving me of my migraine tension on my last two visits.
I arrived feeling pretty disgusting, and he pinpointed exactly where the tension was.
Approximately 2hrs after treatment I was a fully functioning adult again. Attending Pilates and taking my toddler to the ocean pool.
Wild! Considering I woke up thinking it would be a day in bed with an icepack.

Started off a 30 min remedial massage to see how I liked it. I've had some chronic pain issues that I can't be pinpointed so I decided to look into some alternative therapies. Up until this point I've had 1 massage in my life years ago while on holiday. After the first appointment I quickly booked in the full hour and have done so again. I have been treated by both Yumi and Ayako who I couldn't praise highly enough - I feel like a new person when I walk out. Thanks again!

I booked a pregnancy massage specifically to relax, which I clearly communicated beforehand. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. My masseuse was quite rough and repeatedly jerked my body around, moving much too quickly. I could feel my muscles tensing up rather than relaxing. I asked for a slower, gentler approach, but the technique remained fast and forceful, lacking the gentle touch I had requested. It felt as though the massage was more hurried than thoughtful, with little consideration for creating a calming, relaxing experience. As someone who’s pregnant, I was really disappointed that my needs weren’t fully understood or addressed, despite being clearly communicated. I was hoping for a soothing experience, but instead, it left me feeling more stressed than relaxed.
