Went to this practice for the first time, I needed a referral to A ENT for an ongoing condition. Refused to listen. Just wanted me to come back for more visits. Also the prescription she gave me I was told by the ENT to never use but still gave me that prescription. Also wanted a referral for a colonoscopy as bowel cancer is high in my family. Again
Didn’t want to do this and wanted to do what was done within their practice. This just seems like a moneymaking practice doesn’t want to really help the Cause. just keep you coming back to take your money.

Travelling from interstate I needed urgent treatment for an infection. Dr Su and nurse Angela were fabulous. They attended me with utmost care and attention. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and amiable manner. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

hands down most INNEFICIENT medical practice I've ever dealt with. forget to send scripts to pharmacys- have specialist appointments in the rooms via computer & specialists finish appointment before Dr even attends from 1 room away. was travelling to see them on a regular basis as I'd been told they were the best
never been so let down by a service.

At emu park on holiday...hubby needed yo get stiches out..went to this center..was greeted by a rude non helpful person who had no interest in him at all.. So over to the other medical Center Family Practice. all done..lovely reception very helpful no problem....not good for tourists never go there again...
