Do not recommend. Mix up regarding my appointment time. Was told I had the wrong appointment. I explained that I didn’t think that was the case as I would have only booked anything available today. Was treated extremely poorly by the receptionist working today. Mistakes / things go wrong all time - doesn’t mean you treat someone who is at the doctors clinic (so already vulnerable) with disrespect. The mix up did not bother me however, the service was embarrassing and a horrible reflection of the clinic.
Views are my personal opinion / experience.

Have been attending this clinic for a long time. Have always been welcomed by staff especially Kerry who cannot do enough for me. My doctor is Dr James who listens to me and advises me well / giving me the best treatment . When Dr James is away on leave I see Dr Muller as well
I will continue to go there

One of the worst clinic ever visited.
I highly recommend think twice before visiting.
1st thing no parking at all.
2nd thing running with profit motive which I felt from the response of the receptionist.
In addition we are paying so much the checkup, the clinic could not even arrange 1 mask. 1 mask costing $2. Sometimes we may forget taking along with us the mask. It doesn’t mean that you have to charge so much. We also understand the case when we have wear the mask and when not. So guys think twice or thrice before visiting here. If there was 0 star I would have given that too. Last but not the least, the wait time is pathetic. You book in for 10 am and until next half an hour there is no sign of being called. Though we read the reviews before going here but thought it would not be that bad but its really pathetic. No value for time of others.

I have been coming to Torrens Clinic for a few years now and it is hands down one of the best medical centres I have been too! The reception staff are lovely, and Dr Gavin James is the best GP I have visited. He is an excellent listener and is super easy to talk to, which as a young female I find is rare to find in this field. He has extensive experiences which shows in my visits with him.

My daughter and I have started to go to this clinic and we are very happy. Dr Lauren has great communication skills- she is very approachable and is highly knowledgeable and has great skills. She talks thoroughly about your concerns and issues and gives you multiple options, if needed. I feel very at ease with Dr Lauren and she comes in highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr John Tsavdaridis for 12 years now and there is no Doctor more thorough and caring than him. He always takes his time to listen to everything you tell him and seeks to help you get to the bottom of your health concerns no matter how challenging they are. John truly is a kind professional and thorough Doctor who you can always trust.

I have found that the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. There's covid protocols in place and if you call before going, they can tell you if the doctor's are running on time or not, so you're not waiting for long. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely professional and take the time to find out what is wrong, so you're not always walking out with a script. There's disabled parking out front and plenty of parking behind the clinic or on Port Road. I'm extremely happy with the service I have received here.

The best family clinic you can find & service. The best possible Doctors & Reception staff. Even if my Doctor is late I will wait for him patiently because he is just such a good Doctor.
I highly recommend this clinic & especially for a regular Doctor. If I could I would give 6 stars 👍
Has a great carpark space out the back too. The Practice Manager is exceptional!
