Super friendly staff, from reception to sonographer IAN. Felt welcomed, was well informed and very respected. Images were available withing a few hours. Appointment ran on time and they have BULK BILLING.

I was sent to have a CT scan today, October 18, 2024.
The staff were so patient with me & bent over backwards to get me in before I had to leave for an important meeting.
I was most impressed with them.
I had another CT scan today, December 19 & found the staff exceptional.

Today was my first visit to Toronto Medical Imaging. The appointment was on time and the professionalism of the staff was most impressive. The cortisone injection to my shoulder was performed with skill from the friendly doctor and his assistant. I hardly felt any discomfort at all ! Thank you Toronto Medical Imaging. Definitely my first stop if there is a next time.

I recently attended this practice for the first time 6 weeks ago & have been there a total of 3 times since then.
From the time you walk through the door you are greeted by the lovely friendly staff.
Ian the sonographer is amazing & really cares about his patients.
We are so fortunate to have this service in Toronto.

Thank you for your wonderful service, from the booking in stage to the finish. The receptionist were excellent and very professional one of the best customer service experience i have had.
Scan wise, Ian would have to be the most caring and professional sonographers I have come across. I cannot wait for my next scan. Looking forward to watching your business grow.
