NO BULK BILLING. Receptionists are improper. Doctors are standard. You'll wait +1 month for a standard appointment, limited appointments available on the day, have to call at 830am. The place is clean.

I have been a patient of one of the doctors at Toronto Doctors since she started at Edgeworth only to be told I am no longer on the books due to the fact I am not a sickly person and only go to the doctors when needed. I have not been in the past two years so no longer classed as a patient.
So sad
Ps it would have been nice to receive a phone call regarding my patient status was nearly up.
Absolutely disgraceful
Now I need to find a new female doctor.

I love this practice - my Dr is the best ?. She takes her time to ask questions and dig a little deeper into issues. She is really popular and it's a month wait - yet very happy to do Telehealth appointments for scripts etc. The reception is very accommodating when it comes to emergency appointments. Never had an issue in my 10 years of going there.

I have been seeing Dr Paulien Krueze for many years. She is very caring and knowledgeable. We do have to wait a long time for an appointment because she's so popular but they will squeeze you in or do a teleconsult if it's urgent. And you can get script repeats online. Top marks.

Always had to wait 20+ minutes past my appointment time, and anytime I've had a good doctor there, they've left or become unavailable. One of the doctors I saw as a substitute out of desperation was very condescending and rude to both me and my mother on separate occasions, haven't gone back since as he is seemingly the only one ever available when I need appointments. I'm almost glad they're apparently dropping bulk-billing, perfect excuse to find somewhere better.

I have been a patient of Dr Kroeze-Kloosterziel since she she started at Toronto Doctors. I think it has been ten years, perhaps longer. She is the best GP I have ever experienced. The wait list for an appointment with Dr Kroeze-Kloosterziel has blown out to two months. In the past, a few appointments were reserved for acute situations each day. This no longer appears to be the case. I have a serious case of bronchitis and conjunctivitis. I have been ill for a week. I suppose I will just wait until it becomes pneumonia. Then perhaps they will see me at John Hunter Hospital.

The medical and admin staff here have been great given the pressure they have been under from all of the many months of Covid, vaccines etc. Longer waits for appointments reflect the lack of GPs generally. I have always found that they make room for anything pressing. Recently my husband got in on the morning when requesting an urgent appointment. Like most in the health system over the last two and a half years, the girls at the front desk are in the front line of public frustration and exposure to risk. It's been a tough gig.

One staff member on reception is unbelievably rude not just to me but every single person who comes through the door. Hard to understand why she has a job. Her phone manner is horrible and in person even worse. Customer service is not for her. I’m sure everyone who has been to this practice knows exactly who I am talking about I will get her name next time and make a formal complaint. She totally dismissed a very simple request of what is the doctors name I last saw? She didn’t bother to look it up and said look this is the next available appointment. I knew who it was as soon as she answered the phone
