Went to see a doctor yesterday was concerned about my lumps around my body when I showed my doctor what it was he didn’t even look at it properly and told me not to worry about.

I then asked if I can please just get a referral for an ultra sound just to be on the safer side because I’m worried about them.

I was told not to come back and can’t see him again cause I don’t trust him.

Honestly the worse experience I’ve had a GP before previously before this no doctors available for more than 6 hours. Very disappointed ☹️

Today, I wanted to cancel my husbands 'new patient appointment' which I had booked in last week, and suddenly just remembered. I understand that it's my fault for forgetting to cancel it until the day of but I need to mention how unprofessional the receptionist was about it.

She said "I was the one who booked it in last week and I clearly remember telling you.." She was telling me off for not cancelling earlier, but sorry, it's not acceptable to talk to clients like that. I was shocked and told her it was rude she told me she wasnt rude and that I had to calm down even though I was calm, so I was surprised and said "calm down?" And then she hung up on me!!

I'm totally gobsmacked that a professional person would hang up on a client.This receptionist needs more training on how to talk and deal with people and how to resolve issues. This situation was so weird. I don't think would want to go back. You have a sign on the reception desk that requests respect from patients and yet you don't give it back.

I was sent here January 10 2024, I got injured from work in Car park ive come to see a doctor named Jason Yu, I dislocated my shoulder that day I was in severe pain but Dr Jason Yu gave me pain killers and sent me home to get MRI the next day. When I went home that night January 10, I was dislocated from 430 to 11pm. Since I was told by this doctor to sleep and get MRI the next day. I WENT TO EMERGENCY AROUND 11PM SINCE I WAS DYING IN PAIN. I found out that my shoulder is dislocated. Cant believe i trusted what he says Until now im suffering with my shoulder I am still not recovered. Cant lift up my shoulder, since it happened the day of incident i was just sent home. This is torture. I remember telling him I was really in sever pain but he said he it might be a rip muscle ending up I was dislocqted that day of injury in Car park. Horribleeee!!!!! Very rude and unprofessional nurse. This non-committal and unscrupulous nurse made my baby get her 6-week vaccine at 8 weeks, and in the meantime, my baby caught a cold in the last week.

Long waiting times (almost up to an hour), rude and unprofessional nurse who cannot wait to push the work to another person. Keeps on saying "I have no idea". When she didn't hear my name the first time, she said "WHAT?!" in order for me to repeat my name. Instead of a simple check with the doctor, I am cut off and told to book an appt and expect to wait just to clarify my general admin enquiry. Just because you bulk-bill, it doesn't mean your standards need to be sub-par. You have a notice expecting patients to treat you with respect, I think it's fair that you do the same as well.
