I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The doctor was highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly appreciated their expertise and the care they provided. Additionally, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their warm and respectful attitude made me feel valued as a patient. Dropped in without an appointment as I couldn't remember the name of the Clinic but knew the location as I'd been there before. The reception staff were very understanding, checked my name and offered an appointment, available in approximately 5-10 minutes. Had to get bloodwork done which they had on site and was also available almost immediately. Great service with friendly and efficient staff.

Honestly doctors here are really good but the reception absolutely drives me mental.
Had a phone appointment at 9am as I was recently in there Monday with a sick 4 year old. All my details were correct. Fast forward to today my 4 year old is still unwell, booked an appointment for 9am they called the wrong number, I called them at 9:30am to find out if everything is okay, they said the doctor just rocked up and will call. I called them at 10:30am they said they had the wrong phone number and the doctor will call me on the correct one, I called them at 11:30am they said they had the wrong phone number and they will call me. I called them at 12:40 they said they had the wrong number and they will call me....

Dr. Navya Murthy is an amazing and very thorough doctor. Even though I live in Ipswich, I don’t mind traveling to Underwood just to see her because of the excellent care she provides. The staff at Top Health are also very accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience. You truly have a great doctor in Dr. Navya, and I’ll definitely continue seeing her as my GP despite the distance. Highly recommend ♥️💯

So I have been seeing Drs at this clinic, saw Dr. JK there oneday as my regular GP wasn’t available that day. waited more than an hour even though I had an appointment. I understand you get to wait than expected hours at times. I literally said to the Dr “I’ve been waiting longer than 1 hour” He told me “well, it happens sometimes you have to wait longer than you think and if you’re not happy don’t see me then.” Excuse me, don’t see me
I was gonna get out of the room immediately but I was there fo reasons. Very rude, no compassion, well I won’t see you again then. Don’t get me wrong. I love my GP there. I believe he’s the leader there. I wouldn’t treat my patients like that, ever.

I had a appointment at 10.30 just to get a script and didn't get in to see him until 11.30. They are good doctors but waiting for 1hr is beyond a joke. They also charged me $80 for the 3 minutes that I was in there seeing the doctor.
