I really recommend Dr. Zainab Shirazi! She listens carefully and explains everything so clearly. Visiting her is always a relief because she's so kind and knowledgeable. Plus, the medical practice is beautiful and welcoming!! The reception staff are so nice!! making every visit comfortable. They always manage to find apportionments for me and my family ❤️

Waste of time and ridiculous appointment management system of the medical centre.
Their information over the phone and face to face is totally different.
I booked an appointment on phone completed the online form before going to the centre yet others who actually completed the form in front of me and walked in were placed before my appointment.
The emergency ward in government hospitals is faster than here, the receptionist are not aware that there is no patient inside.
It is just renovated but not worth the visit.

The receptionist was not experienced kept me waiting for one and a half hours after my appointment. The doctor is absolutely a gem when it comes to being very good bedside manner in regards to care and and takes responsibility of any issue that is going on at the time in regards to the young man behind the Reception he shows very poor experience not very skilled in communication and doesn’t follow up with what needs to be done in regards to appointment times and scheduling. You should consider a different career at this point in time or needs to be trained much more thorough.

The team at Toongabbie Doctors demonstrate a commendable level of excellence. I had the wonderful experience to be seen by Registered Nurse Rand. Rand was immensely understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. I attended the practice due to an ear piercing issue. Rand’s advice was succinct, sound & informed. Rand was patient as I articulated my concerns and distress.
Through her caring demeanour, I felt an immense sense of reassurance. Dr Shirazi also opined next steps for my ear and continued to uphold the excellent standard of care that I had received.

Dr Zainab Shirazi was very helpful and and professional answering my questions about the Flu Vaccination and other general health inquires.

Nurse Rand helped administer my Flu vaccination, she's super friendly and professional asking relevant questions to make sure the Flu Vaccine was appropriate for me. The injection was also completely painless! One of the bets flu jab experiences 🙂
