Extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist !!!!!!

I had an appointment on 11/05/2025 at 10am. As usual, despite booking ahead, I had to wait more than 30 minutes past my scheduled time. When it was finally my turn, Dr.Trang asked if I could let the next patient go first because their case was quicker than mine. I politely agreed, even though I had already been waiting for a long time.

However, after that patient finished, the younger receptionist called the next person in line instead of me. Confused, I approached her to ask why I had been skipped. To my surprise, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, saying that it was my responsibility to inform her, and that she “didn’t care” what I had discussed with the GP inside.
There were two receptionists working that day. I want to clarify that this complaint is not directed at the older staff member, but specifically at the younger one, whose behavior was shocking and showed a complete lack of respect for patients.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Her lack of professionalism, disrespectful tone and failure to manage the patient queue properly show a clear disregard for patient care and basic courtesy. This experience left me extremely disappointed, especially at a medical centre that is always busy and relies on a well-organized system.

I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the staff’s attitude, especially the front desk, who are the face of the clinic.

I am a returning patient who has visited this clinic before, but today I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of one of the female receptionists. I called to ask some basic questions before booking an appointment. She said “I don’t know” twice, yet I patiently continued to ask politely because these were essential, straightforward questions. When I asked about blood tests, she bluntly said: “I don’t know, go ask the doctor.” – an extremely disrespectful and inappropriate response, especially for a healthcare facility. If even the most basic information isn’t available from reception, then what is the point of having one? I felt disrespected and will not be returning. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their reception service.

I honestly wish I could give this clinic zero stars. Unfortunately, it still has one. I had an extremely frustrating experience here as a mother with two young children. I made an appointment in advance for a vaccination, but I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half with no explanation or apology. Despite having a scheduled time, the lack of respect for my time was shocking.

The staff at the reception were unprofessional and downright rude. There was no sense of urgency or courtesy, and it felt like they couldn't care less about my concerns or the fact that I had small children with me.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. There are plenty of other places that value their patients' time and treat them with respect.

LOCATED NEXT TO ST ALBANS SHOPPING CENTRE.
YOU SHOULD COME WITHOUT BOOKING. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AGES ON THE PHONE WHEN BOOKING.
THE STAFF ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY.
IT OFTEN TAKES ME 10 To 15Mins TO WAIT.
THE FAMILY DOCTOR IS SO ENTHUSIASTIC.
SHE GAVE ME SOME PRESCRIPTION AND IT WORKS.
THIS IS MY FIRST CHOICE FOR FAMILY DOCTOR ADVICE.

The receptionist were alright maybe a bit of attitude . However the doctors weren’t so good. They were rushed and lacked of accuracy. They weren’t any detailed or assumptions that could’ve made sense, one of the worst medical centres I’ve been too. They seemed as if being doctors weren’t their job there, their priority weren’t the patients but just a quick examination for nothing. Seemed as if they couldn’t care less and could’ve just stayed home at this point 💀 Dr Trang and Dr Huy both got some attitude problems, definitely is NOT qualified for doctors to be frank. Terrible. Actuals terrible. DO NOT recommend, try at your will ig or whatevs 😭

Really very bad. My appointment was at 9am. And 10:30am the doctor still not showed up. Receptionist couldn’t bother to give us an apology or explanation. A bunch of people was waiting and frustrated. Someone asked why the doctor is so late and when we will be seen. “I don’t know. Traffic!”, the receptionist said. Wow what an explanation. Some people and I left. And you know what this is not the first time. I had left to wait like 3 hours twice before in their Sunshine office. And a lot of people there complained that this doctor doing like that all the time. That is very irresponsible.
In addition, I saw the sign “only tell doctor one problem per appointment” in their office. Health problems are usually related to each other. Telling one problem might not bring out the big picture about your health your body and so your problem might not be solved completely.
I thought that my file is already and been monitoring for some issues, and not many female doctors around here. So I came back to them even after the appointments in Sunshine. And I came to St Albans clinic this time with a hope that things will be nicer. Unfortunately, still very bad.
And I won’t come back there anymore.

Theres a reason why I haven't come back here in years. I desperately had to see a female doctor for a breast concern and Dr Trang was the only person available urgently (I looked all over surrounding suburbs). Booking in appointment to see her is like asking for a gaslight session. The audacity to say "I have other patients waiting" after 3 minutes into my time. Did she forget I am also a patient? It's my turn. I also had to wait too. Seriously? Left the appointment crying because I can't stand being talked to like that.

Never come back. I would have avoided a bad experience from this Center, if I had read all reviews before making an appointment. Dr Trang is too arrogant, unprofessional and unethical. It’s Not surprising when everyone gave 1 star.
