Can't thank the wonderful staff enough, in particular the physiotherapy team for looking after my elderly (90) father after breaking his femur recently. After his first visit he is confidently stand and cooking and sounding like a different person. Thank you on behalf of Poul and his entire family.

Had to come here as my dr was on vacation and the clinic could not fit me in. Turns out I broke the top of my shoulder. Have been there twice over the new year and both times walked away so impressed with the level of care and professionalism. We are so lucky to have this facility in The Bay manned by such a great team. Thank you staff at TCH, you are amazing!!!

I work with clients and have a sore throat, wanted to go to Tomaree Hospital at 6am before work to get a Covid test to ensure the safety of my clients. Was told by woman who answered phone to just stay at home and wait until chemist opens at 8:30am (after my first visit) to get a test from them because she would have to go to the effort of putting me in the system. Very lazy staff, not the first time I’ve been disappointed with this service but first review.

I arrived to the emergency department yesterday with severe chest pain. The two nurses looking after me were awesome. Both Jessica and Jemima made me feel at ease throughout my stay. Fortunately it was not a heart attack. They were non stop going from patient to patient, whilst also triaging new ambulance arrivals with smiles. They do the hospital and nursing proud.

Great nurses but terrible management. Unbelievable releasing an elderly patient with no prior notice on the evening before Good Friday!!

The patient is unable to walk and had no care organised and left with his wife who is also frail! Just ridiculous the Doctor who permitted this to happen, taking advice from the patient who just wanted to go home because he hates hospital. No consultation to wife or family even though they have all relevant contacts.
Ambulance has been called twice in 3 days since discharge due to his incapacity to stand up let alone go to the toilet and wash.
Shame on you Doctor and management. For goodness sake communicate and use common sense!
You could have gave 24 hrs notice at least.I really hope you learn from this but I doubt it.
Fantastic nurses and reception.
