My mum went to this hospital and had wonderful experience with an amazing nurse named Courtney who knew exactly what she was doing and you could tell she loves her job, she was beautiful to my mum and looked after her like it was her own. ?☺️

My husband had a fall and was in severe pain so I took him to Tocumwal hospital emergency. An old lady came from Finley to xray his ribs and told the nurse there was nothing broken. Hours later when the doctor arrived the nurse told him there were no breaks. Neither nurse or doctor had viewed the actual xray. My husband was told he could go home because he was only badly bruised.
Less than 24 hours later after doing some manual work(because he thought he was only bruised) my husband was in agony and could feel bones rubbing together. We drove to Shepparton hospital emergency where he was given an MRI and blood tests. Doctors there confirmed he had fractured 3 ribs ( numbers 9, 10 and 11). I understand it can be hard to see some fractures on xrays but perhaps if the doctor had actually looked at it he might have seen the fractures and saved my husband more trauma. He is resting comfortably now.
