Went to see Dr Bright for a referral to physio for my hip, I was treated abruptly and rudely, he said I was ineligible for a referral even despite holding a pensioner concession card, I will never go back, terrible service. I won't be paying for a service that was a waste of my time when the doctor bulk billed in previous appointments, I was never told about any new arrangements.

Very mixed experiences at this centre. The wait for an appointment is at least 3 weeks and if you want to see a fully qualifed doctor (not a registrar) it's more like 6 weeks. The reception staff are generally condescending, rude and lacking in empathy. I did encounter an extremely helpful and pleasant receptionist once, but not since. If you can get in to see an experienced doctor and not one of the frequent turnovers, then you do receive good care and attention, and a chance to be involved in your healthcare management.

Easy to get inside now that Masks have been lifted by NSW Health.
No waiting lines.
Getting hard to get appointments as No on the phone consultations only Face to Face.
No bulk billing everything to go through Medicare.
Great 3 month health checks.
Nurses always competent following Dr instructions.
A lot of retirements and changes.
Confusing when Doctors are also at Sawtell but once you get your head around on line booking or ringing up EARLY- 8am to book appointments as an emergency ( you get what doctor available)
Chemists nearby at Sawtell and Toormina- hospital not far away either.

Bag management, drove 45 minutes in for an important appointment, they called me once only 40 minutes prior to the appointment that it had been cancelled and couldn’t offer any replacement appointments or other docters to see.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable Staff but the main reason I’ve had to give this 2 Stars is because of DR Arthur.

He’s been my treating Doctor since 1982 or 1986 until recently where he has misdiagnosed me on some issues with my Health, I’ve also had to give 2 Stars to TMC as you can no longer book at the moment in with a another treating Doctor if it’s a Emergency issue.

At this stage of Time I’m unable to recommend TMC.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with TMC. I have been a bulk billing client. I had a telephone app and I was billed $70 for 6 mins for just having blood results given. So wrong
