I have been working with TLC for almost a year now and cannot fault them. Managers are approachable and supportive. Some agencies can make you feel like just a number, but with TLC they treat each individual employee with great value. And if you ever have an issue, they’re always willing to help their staff in any way. The managers not only have a great relationship with their staff, but with the facilities they deploy their staff to. I have been working in disability, and it’s been some of the most rewarding work in healthcare I have ever done.

I have been working for TLC agency since last 2.5 years. When I first started in the disability sector more than a year ago and coming from a totally different field of nursing ,I was at first very apprehensive.
