Last year i booked Dr K and he was totally fine, just 30' wait. I didnt get the chance to meet him this year because he only work on a certain day so i booked Dr D, i have an appoinment at 10:00am, but 11:40 and i'm still waiting. I dont mind to wait actually but there wasnt that busy in the clinic and other patients has appoinment with other Dr also got in before me. As i said, i dont mind to wait, but please respect your patient time as we also have something else to do!

I wasn't even a patient, but the receptionist's behavior was extremely rude. There were two receptionists, one Caucasian and one Asian. When I walked in and politely asked if I could have my blood test done there, the Caucasian receptionist looked at me with an annoyed expression and replied rudely, "Does it look like we take blood tests here?" I was shocked by her unprofessionalism, especially since I am a healthcare professional myself. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I'm from Sydney, and this was not the level of service I expected. This incident happened just 10 minutes ago.

Bad service ever. I request for Medical Record urgently, but have not received anything for a month. My current GP asked the receptionist to fax my record immediately, but she kept delaying and promising she would send an email right away. 1 hour later, nothing happened and I had been waiting for nothing. The ridiculous thing is that this clinic charged me $15 for transferring the medical record. I was happy to pay because I really need that, but after 2 weeks payment paid, they sent nothing. My GP and I were frustuated and I will report this Clinic for negligence and irresponsibility.

This Doctor Surgery sucks, plain and simple. I have been here several times, as it is close to home; no more. Today is the last time I intend to make an "appointment" here. I have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour and a half past my appointment time every time I have come. Once I was the sole patient in the waiting room, and still I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time (and no, there was not another patient already with the Doctor).
They have received one star because unfortunately zero is not an option.

Receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant on the phone. Tried to make a first time appointment and she was practically yelling at me because I couldn't understand her (accent made it tough to hear). She ended the call by just hanging up - clinic needs to get a new receptionist. This one is simply not good enough and does an abysmal job at being the first line of contact. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

This clinic has a very bad customer service and the laziest receptionist in the world. I have just moved house and the new GP requests the medical report from the old GP in this clinic. The request was sent 3 weeks ago and I had to paid some fee for the service 1 week later. However, the new GP has not received anything yet. I contacted the clinic again today to ask for it. They promissed to send the information in 5 minutes and asked me to wait for it. But they did not do anything. I called again and they promissed to do it before noon. But nothing happened. I called the third time and the clinic was closed. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone anymore.

I travel for over 45 minutes, every 28 days to see Dr. Nancy.
She is this clinic's ONLY redeeming feature!
Waiting times of WELL over 45 minutes - EVERY. DAMN. TIME.
Receptionists that are rude and disrespectful... not to mention have ZERO knowledge on how to operate a switchboard.
Oftentimes, the phone will go thru to 13SICK, even when it's during their open business hours.
If Nancy wasn't the only GP with 100kms of my home that was happy to treat me, I would 100% go elsewhere.
5 stars for Nancy
1 for the Clinic itself.

The doctors here are lovely, but the staff are shocking. Sick to death of them never answering the phone and when the DO answer the phone, they are rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like you're annoying because you're trying to make an appt. I have made several complaints to no avail. One particular staff member argues with us every time we call when it is only her place to take a message. I have had words with this one person (diplomatically) but she continues to be rude and horrible.
