My family and I see Dr Hanna and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Hanna is a very caring doctor who listens and acts accordingly with professionalism. Also to add, my 2 children see the most gentle, super experienced nurse Sarah who i feel super comfortable with my boys in her hands. She displays her knowledge and care in several different aspects of her role, also when it comes to looking after me.
The receptionist Rhuma is super friendly and makes it easy for me to book my appointments. Very happy 🙂

Nurse Sarah has been absolutely nice and helpful, helping me understand what vaccines that I need according to my lifestyle, provide information and details to me and doing it all while being such a smily person. Thank you so much, Sarah!

Very happy with the quality of care my family and I receive here. The friendly reception staff (especially Ruma), the clean and hygienic facilities and the caring medical team make you feel comforted and cared for from the minute you walk in. Sarah the nurse is smiley, warm, approachable and competent at her job, and Dr Hanna is a very experienced GP who really does care about the needs of his patients.

I usually go to this clinic and i must say Dr. Onsy Hanna is such a legend he is always there to help. He understands and does the best care. His senior nurse Sarah goes above and beyond to help out all patients. Thank you very much Dr Hanna and Sarah.

Very pleasant experience ,reception are always polite , Dr Onsy Hanna l do recommend as a family doctor and Nurse Sarah is very helpful and approachable helping and advising me in my recovery of a wound infection.

I have been a patient of Dr. Onsy Hanna at TLC Primary for a couple of years now and have always received 1st class treatment from Dr. Hanna - I have found his attention to detail and the thoughtful consideration he gives to examining symptoms and prescribing treatments to be a model of professionalism.
If you're tired of doctors processing you as a number that gets churned through the system and want a doctor that treats you as an individual and allocates the amount of time and treatment necessary.
Then try Dr. Hanna at TLC Primary.

Dr Hong the worst doctor I’ve ever seen, took a call to patient someone else while I’m in there, showed how much he didn’t care about my situation and then tried to bill me for not helping me at all. The receptionist said that this dr could’ve chosen to bulk bill me if he wanted but he didn’t because he sucks
