Josh is one of the first Physio to take the time to really get to know my injury. The challenge is I face the sports I do and what I really need.

He didn’t rush. He gave me hands on practical exercises. I can do easily and is still working with me as I run and own my own martial Arts studio.

So my body is continually being pushed to its limit.
