I'd like to recount my remarkable visit to Thuy’s Spa. Of late, stress had been my constant companion, accompanied by sleepless nights and a significant amount of anxiety. On a friend's advice, I decided to give Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy a shot. To my surprise, the session was nothing short of incredible.

So, picture this: I rock up to the spa, and the whole joint feels serene and sacred, thanks to the sound of those singing bowls. I plonk myself down, close me eyes, and listen in. The vibrations from the bowl start to kick in, and I’m off to the land of nod. But it ain’t your regular snooze—me noggin’s in this blissful, quiet state, and I can still suss out everything around me. Fair dinkum, I reckon I hit meditation mode.

After me first session, I’m feeling more chilled, less wound up, and me brain’s not doing overtime. I’ve decided to swing by again in a few weeks to keep the good vibes rolling.
