The very few times I’ve had the courage to visit any sort of medical practice, I’ve had less then great experiences but this place is on a whole other level of amazing, ESPECIALLY Dr. Morley! He was more than kind and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! If I could give a 10 star rating, I’d give them a 20 star rating!!

I could recommend this place more! Keep up the amazing work 🤩🫶

Went there this morning to get my first M Pox vac. They were very professional and inviting. The nurse explained everything and answered my questions about timing for other vacs (flu and covid number 6 for me). Do not hesitate going to this clinic you will be treated well and with good humour and service.

I have accessed the Thorne Harbour support coordination for NDIS for one year.

David has been the most significant and empowering support to my NDIS journey. He shows up consistently as a friendly, calming non judgmental human. He always validates my needs, concerns and supports me to find solutions to any challenges in my support structures or networks. He is helping me understand my support needs better and feel confident in asking for what I need.

David helps me navigate the world of NDIS by finding, vetting and offering training & feedback to trans friendly support workers. He is a strong and compassionate trans and gender diverse ally!

My favourite things about David
- is he treats me with kindness
- has gradually built my trust after I had several disappointing support coordinators
- he values relationships and has taken time to get to know me, my support needs and who my support network are
- he shows genuine care for me and what I need
- he did an initial home visit and was well liked by my dog
- he’s part of the lgbtiqa+ community!

David is great at researching different organisations and finding appropriate supports. He values relationships and has made positive connections with my plan manager, LAC, support workers and me!

**** David deserves a life time supply of his favourite whittakers coconut block. ******

I’d highly recommend Thorne Harbour if the rest of their team is even half as wonderful as David.

Also Thorne Harbour has a homecare team, but they’re only available 9-5pm. This was an issue for me. Thankfully David helped me find support workers who could be flexible with times. THANKS DAVID! YOU ARE AMAZING!

The person who greeted me and asked me to fill out the form is very accommodating; while Arlo answered my questions well. They’re both very friendly. Thank you!

I hate to paint with a broad brush, however given that the homecare team is not separated from equinox clinic, I am unable to review them separately. Equinox clinic is phenomenal 5 stars, zero issues.

However - the home care team, and the "experience manager" (complaints) are woefully ill equipped to support anyone. After several months of NDIS funded support, this service was rude, dismissive, had some of the most egregiously poor communication of any health service I have used, abysmal rostering, with annual leave regularly not being communicated, support staff no-showing due to admin staff's failure to communicate, admin staff who go on leave for 6 weeks with zero notice or communication, admin staff who are non responsive on the mobile numbers they themselves provided, and the complaints department spokesperson is far more interested in making excuses and interrupting to dismiss your concerns (he interrupted me more than FIVE times in a 10 minute phone call, made nothing but excuses, was also rude, dismissive, and seemingly incapable of respectful communication.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour by the entire admin team here. The support workers were all phenomenal, but any support they provide is completely undone by the ineptitude of the admin staff.

Avoid this service for NDIS support at all costs.

They are not equipped to provide any semblance of coverage, communication, or support and ought to focus their energies on support services they can actually manage rather than spreading themselves so thin, as to fail to provide their service over 75% of the time.

Severely, severely disappointed in Thorne Harbor health. This is a gross failure of support, and all admin staff involved ought to be reviewed.

I recently visited this clinic (February) to get a booster for Shingles, which I had appointment for. After a 30 min! wait, I saw a senior female nurse (who I remember from St Kilda clinic). She was very professional and personable and spent a lot of time with me. With follow up email results for blood tests as I was heading overseas. I like the feel of this practice, especially since it caters for my tribe. As I live northside I am considering transferring to THH for my regular check ups. I hope to find a good GP there for my specific needs. I have been very fortunate with long term GPS at my previous practice, with excellent professional relationships.
PS. It was very easy to book an appointment online.

I give 5 stars for the doctors that I've had here. They were all super friendly and caring. Thank you so much for all you do.
One of the reception staff can be ignorant to certain people then minutes later after you check in, you see and hear how bubbly that person is to others he/she/they like. Interesting.

I recently visited Thorne Harbour Health for my first Monkey Pox vaccination and I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff and volunteers were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my visit. I also appreciated the detailed information and guidance provided by the staff, which helped me understand the vaccination and its potential risks and benefits. Overall, I highly recommend Thorne Harbour Health for anyone in need of a vaccination or other health services. They truly provide top-notch care and support.
