Dr Scott is a good clinician but I found the pricing pretty high and over time nothing really changed. The administration staff not so good and did not follow through with me when I could not keep appointment they offered due to being away from the country at the time. I am now being reviewed at another facility.

Dr Scott and his team are warm, friendly & efficient. Neither I nor my husband were bull billed.
Both of us feel significantly better with CPAC - it’s been a game changer.
Basically people you get what you pay for & with the Wesley group they make sure everything is considered & every part of your CPAP is inclusive.

This is an outrageously overpriced clinic. I was not informed in advance of the costs and would never have gone there if I had known. They were completely inefficient, disorganised and really really expensive. I was charged $530 for my first 15 minute appointment (which told me nothing) and for this I was asked to come in early and then was left waiting over an hour while I could see Dr Scott doing paperwork at his desk. I was wired up for the test at home and then came back the next morning to get the results - only to be charged another $380 for the consultation to get the results... then I had to pay for the CPAP trial ($450, this is offered for $295 at other clinics). I then got no follow up at all during the trial using the machine - just told to come back in 4 weeks (and pay another $380 then). The many community sleep clinics provide a much better service for much less/free/medicare bulk billed. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Service and care were excellent. Administration has cancelled my follow up appointment via email (yearly follow up) with no consultation or communication. Very unhappy with this outcome.

It's decent. Premium prices though, about $350 - $500 a visit. Some of the staff are a bit touchy too. Although, Dr. Scott genuinely cares about your well being. If you just need a CPAP machine you can find them a lot cheaper elsewhere. They sell them for around $2.5 - $3k with a mask here. I would go if you wanted professional advice and monitoring of your sleep cycle. I wouldn't go here if you just wanted something to treat sleep apnea.

Arrived for a take home sleep study. Reception staff ignored me before prompting another staff member as she was playing with her phone not realising someone was waiting, then admonished me for not having filled in paperwork which they failed to send me. The nurse who hooked me up to the equipment was disapproving that I needed to change into appropriate sleep attire since I had come straight from work because “no one told her”. The following morning, after making it clear I was on my way to work and would need to change and shower, the same nurse did not want me to use the bathroom to change into work clothes or wash the glue off because the bathroom is only for overnight patients and “there’s not that much on there”, although it’s more than obvious that my hair is caked up with glue and there are clumps on my face. The staff are not friendly, they give zero information unless prompted and they contradict the information given in their patient information. Needless to say, I am off to work, still covered in goop and really very cranky. I wouldn’t recommended this experience or this practice to anyone.

I wanted to get the results before I have a session with a raspatory specialist. They made it hard and didn't want to release on time where I can get the results and I ended up finishing the session without the test results. Zero starts are deserve but two stars given because of the person who did the test and a very good job.

The main sleep physician here only seems interested in your money and doesn't want to work together with you. What's worse is he refuses further care if you don't agree with everything he says. The sleep educators were generally good (so a couple of stars for them), but the sleep physician controls everything. Recommend going to another sleep place
