Elise has assisted many of the Participants I Coordinator for with Continence Assessments and follow up, and Wound Care Assesments and follow up.
Elise is bright, bubbly, a wealth of knowledge, information, and lots of helpful and well thought out suggestions - I dont' know how we managed without her.
Elise is very thorough in what she does, and she does it very well with great interaction with Participants, their Families/Carers, Support Staff, Organisations, GP's, other Service Providers, and Support Coordinators. Her reports for the NDIS and Care Plans are information, evidence based, and easy to read/understand.
