After waiting for nearly 20 minutes (with only one other customer) the pharmacist didn't even know what a Sitz bath is. Finally, I had to google and show her the image. Hire competent staff or train them to be better. Not the first time that they're so slow. Send them home if they like to sleep-work.

Insensitive, impolite & uncaring!! A friend of mine who went in to return unused, sealed and not expired IVF medications that she thought someone else could benefit from was talked to in a very hurtful, uncaring and insensitive manner that made her very upset as she’s been through quite a rough IVF process. People working there are in need of some sensitivity training!!

Needed an important eye drop for my young kid. Called /Visited the pharmacy and was told to wait. After 3 days the eye drop still wasn't ready. Shameful and unacceptable service levels.if this was my business I would fire those rude and non performing staff.

Ridiculously slow. Each and every time there is some sort of error, misplacement of medicine or misunderstanding. Why every script needs to be manually processed onto a paper slip is beyond me. You have a computer POS, why not use that?! Every other pharmacy in the state simply takes the script directly to the pharmacist & dispenses it.

I am just speechless…we are going through an IVF and this is the second time the Wesley Pharmacy gave us extra boxes of medication (mind me they cost like 600aud). In total we now have over 1300aud worth of brand new unboxed medication that we cant return. When i raised it to them they told me “ ooh u can use it on your next cycle 😭” like honestly how can u be … i am praying daily that this cycle is success but these guys are ripping us off by adding bunch of extra meds that are just sitting. I feel ripped off
