Callum and the team are fantastic. Always spot on with diagnosis. Regular appointments only seemed to be recommended if necessary. Other than that, iv always felt like I’m in control of what I need and never feel pushed. Obviously different treatments work for different people. For me though, this team never disappoint.

I have had a lot of issues with my back over the years and nobody has been able to help. When I found The Wellness Team in Aspley everything changed. Calum has been amazing, a good combination of exercises, Physio and really taking the time to help me understand what’s going on. Would definitely recommend them!

Callum is a highly skilled physiotherapist. Very professional and caring. Have been his client for a couple of years. I’ve had issues from sore shoulders, joint issues and vertigo. He was able to help me get through those issues using different techniques. Currently having issues with my knees. He recommended strengthening exercises and he has been guiding me through the use of their gym equipments . I can already feel some improvement after a couple of classes with him and I know it will get better in time. Very thankful for his help. Highly recommend Callum and this practice. They do physiotherapy treatment and gym classes to help you recover and strengthen your body. It really is a Wellness Team.

I have been seeing Calum for a few years now and to be honest, I wouldn't have been able to progress my training without his support. My training includes high intensity interval training and also progressive weight training. Lately I've had an issue with my left bicep which has made it practically impossible to to do any push or pull moves. After a few sessions with Calum, I'm firing on all cylinders again and am very grateful to know that I can depend on his abilities and professionalism.

I started seeing Callum with a sore knee about 10 months ago never thinking I would ever be without pain, however after only a couple of sessions I found my pain was gone and I was able to walk like a normal person again. I can't thank Callum and the team enough, it's always a great experience and I look forward to my sessions every time I go and get a tune up. PS: unlike other physios I've seen Callum never gets annoyed when I haven't done my exercises he understands sometimes it's hard to find the time and that's juat one of the reasons I continue to go back. I can only say if you need a good physio this is the place to find it. Rae

I have been treated by different Physiotherapists for years, however, Calum stands alone in his field. For over 12 months, Calum has been treating me and I like the fact that he is deeply knowledgeable and has genuine care for his patients. In addition, I have recently started seeing Perry for deep remedial massage and she has been a wonderful addition to the team. What impressed me at my first session with Perry, was that she was already across my areas of concern, and updates from our session was communicated back to Calum. My family and friends have also switched to The Wellness Team and I recommend them very positively to anyone that wants to get the best out of their body.
