I went to The Wellness Light Spa to treat my injured shoulder, and felt an improvement straight after the first treatment. I immediately booked a subsequent treatment for the following day before leaving Brisbane, and now feeling so much better!
Thank you Steven for the patience in working out and explaining where the pain could be coming from.
The clinic is very clean and well presented, I felt relaxed every time I walk into the clinic.

Thanks to the wonderful team at the Wellness Light Spa. I had an injury and split open my knee, gravel rashes bruises. After a 20 min session in the NovoTHOR light bed and a short direct laser spot treatment I felt incredible more energized. After leaving the clinic my bruises had significantly faded, I had so much more movement I could actually bend my knee, less pain and the weeping from my knee had stopped. My son has been using it for growing pains and sports injuries with great results and sleeping much better. Highly recommend. I've been telling everyone I know all about it.

First time remedial treatment at The Wellness Light Spa for a sport injury I got over the weekend. I walked in with muscle pain in the mid-back area, the shoulder and the neck that kept me from sleep the night before. I walked out feeling much better with pain relief across problematic areas! The team at the Light Spa were amazing and friendly. They fitted me in to suit my schedule which allowed me to get super fast treatment for my calf tear. Steven was lovely and knowledgeable. The laser therapy was very effective for me and helped reduce the time off for my injury. I highly recommend them for acute sports related injuries in conjunction with other traditional therapies.

Had an incredible experience at The Wellness Light Spa. I had never thought laser therapy would be this effective as tension relief. I sit behind the computer Mon-Fri and suffers from neck and shoulder discomfort. After just 1 laser session in the NovoTHOR laser pod, that tension seems to have been reduced by 70%!

Unknown and unexpected, we were referred by a close friend and thought it was just another massage, the after effect shown later were the best night sleep ever and much refreshing the next day morning! Definitely a must on the direct laser therapy and NovoThor light pod! Probably a better introduction before treatment would be helpful! Overall, a well-received afternoon relaxation worthwhile to come back again!!

Can't thank enough to Dr. Stephen, who helped me with my Knee, the combination treatment between remedial massage therapy and full body rejuvenation with Novothor Light Pod, the stiffness and crumped muscle, tight calf i felt for the past few weeks all gone the next day after the treatment, will definitely be back for the next treatment in the future.
