To Ms Mueller regrading your disgraceful attack on Lyn.

Lyn is the most compassionate, loyal and friendly person imaginable, and your "Karen" attack on her is cowardly and borderline defamatory. I suggest you take it down immediately.

Lyn is most certainly the Manager and has magnificently served the business and its patients since its opening, as an essential part of the Hub team.

She is also an effective "owner" of the business, such is her commitment and dedication to Keith and long term customers such as myself.

Keith and Lyn helped save my life and have significantly improved the lives of everyone I've recommended to them.

There's no great healer than Keith, which the world needs more of.

Keith is possibly my most favourite human. Doesn’t matter how down I am, when I leave a session with Keith I feel better. Every time!! This man and his practice are heaven sent!! Shout out to the angels on reception too ❤️

Unfortunately I had the experience of "Lyn" the lady at the reception
( who actually told me she was the Manager of this company and the owner )

Whom,whilst I was on the phone in the carpark standing beside my car...

Lyn rudely got out of her car and she shouted at me and insisted that I get back in my car and move it back as I was slightly over the white parking line infront of her....
I never write a bad review...
But she really got me on the wrong day. She sat waiting
( whilst on the phone regarding recent results from the pathologist at a hospital my, Dad has just passed on ) and she just stared at me to move back and kept staring at me ) .. I tried to ignore her...

She upset me so much that now, unfortunately for the "Real Manager" or for any nice staff sctually do work there,

" receptionist " ( not the Manager / owner- as she stated to me infront of 2 patients ' )

Has compelled me to write this...
I will not be bullied like that again. I am not a child.

For a wellness hub, to the actual the Manager / owner, I don't know how long she's has been employed there.....

However it's not a good look and I am quite shocked she was able to get a job there and then lie that she was the Manager / Owner. It's seems very dishonest and a bit concerning that she is a " receptionist" at a well-being, caring company.
