I’ve had a fairly positive experience overall at the wellness house. Dr Shaheen has been particularly helpful. I appreciate her thoroughness & her approach to wellness that seems more wholistic & focussed on lifestyle first, before medications. I’ve been trying to find a GP with this caring approach for some time.

Dr Usha Rani Maniam, is very rude and dismissive, didn't address my concerns, ordered tests that are not required at all paid 75 bucks for a 30 minute consultation and was told to leave because she has other patients to see

My experience at the wellness house has been overwhelmingly positive.The staff at the front desk have been helpful and gone above and beyond, copying and sending emails on my behalf.A big thank you to my doctor of over three years Dr Thim Yoon Chen. Thim has been very thorough and compassionate through out this very challenging time in my life.Thank You to the Wellness House.

Wow have never experienced such great service from a gp ever. They look after me head to toe and was able to transfer my files no dramas at all. Even being new to town was able to get in same day as they actually called me while on their cancellation list. I have found my new doctors for myself and family.

I've been to 3 drs at the wellness house. Only 1 dr I was comfortable with. During 1st pregnancy I had no idea what I was supposed to do, I went to Dr nawaz who just wrote me a bunch of referrals and I didn't know what i was booking. She missed half the bloods I was supposed to get. They were very in and out appointments. I felt very judged, I was 19 at the time. After I went to her, I finished up with Dr tan. She was amazing. I took all the referrals in that Dr nawaz wrote and told her I was extremely overwhelmed and didn't know what any of these were. She went through and explained every single one and what they were for, when to book them and who to book them with. Then she left. I am now onto my 2nd pregnancy, I'm 21 and I just went to get a referral for my 20 week scan and once again felt very judged at having 2 babies close together. This needs to stop. I get you are bulk billed but show a little compassion. It isn't that hard

I was told by Dr. Zineh J that I was not welcome as twice I cancelled within their policy, over 24 hours. Also she refused medical service and I had university and does not understand treating people kindly. No thank you, I gave them Medicare finance with no kindness. I am not being rebuked from going to a company for cancelling twice. No thank you.
