We’ve had the pleasure of engaging The Wellness Emporium for multiple events in the Women & Girls space throughout 2025, and they have truly never disappointed. Their sessions are consistently engaging, informative, and tailored perfectly to our audiences.

From the Male Allies Menstrual Cycle Education Session to empowering our Future Leaders with tools for Stress Management and Mental Resilience, the team delivered content with confidence, clarity, and genuine passion. They created a safe space for discussion and responded to all questions with depth and expertise.

We especially recommend the Wellness Workshop and the Nutrition Workshop with Food Demonstration. The Wellness Workshop broke down the menstrual cycle in an easy-to-understand, interactive format - highlighting how it impacts female athletes and how nutrition can be used to optimise performance in each phase. The session was full of practical tips and clear insights, with a strong focus on recognising the cycles red and green flags.

The Food Demonstration was a standout! Not only did we get to enjoy a delicious, healthy treat at the end, but we also learned about the types of food that fuel our everyday lives and help athletes perform at their best.
