10 stars! Had an absolutely wonderful experience with the ladies at Vogue Room. Nothing but high quality products so had a very relaxing and assured beauty experience.
Alisha is lovely and very kind. She went out of her way to help and was very informative of each treatment.
All in all a very professional salon and I highly recommend The Vogue Room to everyone !!

Highly recommended salon. As a male approaching a beauty salon for waxing, it can often be anything but a pleasant experience. The exact opposite when I walked into the VogueRoom. Not only was the salon itself incredibly clean and tidy, the girls were extremely professional and kind. I will be back! Thank you ladies for such a pleasurable experience 10/10

I was booked in for a spray tan today at 4pm only to arrive and told the machine wasn’t working. No heads up or phone call to let me know.

I came with my 6 month old baby so it was extremely inconvenient not to be given a courtesy call.

The employee said she would call me back if she could get it working again.

I was in desperate need of one as my 40th birthday party is tomorrow. Luckily I was able to find another place last minute.

The Vogue room employee ended up calling me back to say she had managed to get it working again and to come back if i wanted.. I said I wouldn’t need to as I was able to find somewhere else.

I also added that she could have called me to let me know prior to my appointment to save me the trip.

She replied thag she didn’t know it wasn’t working until just when I arrived.

I ended up finding out from a friend who was booked in at 3pm she had had the same issue and had also had to leave as the employee couldn’t figure out how to get the machine to work.. so clearly this was a blatant lie.

She had an hour to give me a heads up. It takes 2 seconds to give someone a call.

I told her that it was inconvenient for me to get there with my baby, to find a park, get out the pram ect…only to arrive and be sent away.

She then said to me..” we’ll you should have left your baby at home”..

I said oh really I should have left my baby at home alone?

She then said “ we’ll
you should have organised someone to watch her”

A. I don’t have someone who could have watched her
B. I take her every where with me as she’s extremely chill and happy to be in the pram
C. That would have been even worse.. if I had organised and paid for care only to turn up and be told it was broken

Needless to say I will be moving my business to Elle Bache who were lovely and able to accommodate me last minute.

What a gifted beautician! She managed to calm my very inflamed post-travel skin, which was also dehydrated and dull. The Purifying Facial was decadent, and seemed to continue on with these divine treatments. The arm and neck massage was such a treat also. Including the Micro Dermabrasion in there was a smart move as my skin looked and felt brand new when I left. I look forward to returning for more treatments ?
