unless you have a whole hour and 20minutes to waste in the doctors office, DO NOT book Dr.Karl Gassert. I’ve been twice (once in the afternoon, once in the morning) and somehow he still runs late for over an hour. Absolutely no respect for anyone else’s time.

The reception lady was really wonderful and helpful though! made my shitty start of the day so much better 🫶🫶

Dr Gassert and Dr Mikhail are the best, always listening to the patients. I wish one of the nurses who took blood sample was as good as them. She was so rude and talking over the patients/interrupting when I was talking and explaining 💔 (but the other nurse is AMAZING. Give her a raise)

Was surprised to learn upon returning to this clinic that, due to high demand, they no longer provide ADHD medication management services. At all.
What? This medical facility has decided that the best course of action given high demand for a service that is obviously going to be in high demand among their client base - university students - is to just not offer that service?
Now, I have been forced to see a separate GP who does not bulk bill simply to continue receiving a service that had previously been offered here, free of charge. Illogical and strange.

Absolutely disrespectful receptionists that refused to listen to my points, kept interrupting me, and insisting I am wrong to the point of frustrating me where I had no choice but to speak over the person to even deliver my points across. I understand not being aware of some issues, yet to accuse the patient of lying or being incorrect repeatedly and not even acknowledge half the things they say.

I paid for a service yet did not receive anything from it even after stating my concerns multiple times. I simply requested a refund as I did not receive any service from the payment, but apparently, people have to pay ridiculous sums for the referral alone now as per the receptionist.

The female Indian receptionist is super rude and has no manners. I politely asked her about my appointment with the psychologist and she didn't even bother to say a word: she just pointed with her finger with an impatient look on her face. How ridiculous for a receptionist in the university health service to do that?

Got called to make an urgent appointment with the GP but didn’t state the reason. Called the receptionist this afternoon and asked for a test result because I was about to do my visa health examination. I wanted to know what was tested positive. They said they didn’t have access to the result and I had to wait for the appointment (which is fair). When I asked if the GP is available to give me a phone call before my health examination, the receptionist actually said, “oh god…”

Nearly three years since my first visit, and the wait is still over an hour, even with an appointment. What’s the point of the booking system? Patients are charged for being late, but what about compensation when we’re kept waiting this long?
